Programme

The following are the main services and events of the Conference to which the public generally are welcome:

The Installation of the new President of the Methodist Church in Ireland, the Reverend Aian Ferguson, takes place on Friday 6th June 2008 at 7.30 pm in Carlisle Road Methodist Church, Londonderry.
 
The MWI (Methodist Women in Ireland) Service takes place in Clooney Hall, Clooney Terrace, Londonderry on Saturday 7th June at 7.30 pm
 
The Youth Night of Conference takes place in Oakgrove Integrated Primary School, Limavady Road, Londonderry on Saturday 7th June at 7.30 pm.
 
The Sunday (8th June) morning Conference Service takes place in Carlisle Road Methodist Church, Londonderry at 10.30 am.  The Preacher is the President of the Conference, The Reverend Dr Martyn Atkins, who will be assisted by Reverend Steve Wild and Clarence.
 
The Conference Ordination Service takes place in the Millennium Forum, Londonderry, on Sunday (8th) evening at 7.00 pm (doors open 6.30 pm).  The preacher is the President of the Methodist Church in Ireland, the Reverend Aian Ferguson.  The Sacrament of Holy Communion is observed at the Service.  An orchestra and choir will lead the praise. Seats must be reserved for this Service by obtaining tickets from the Clooney Hall Centre, 71348531 or by email on office@clooneyhall.org.uk
 
The Mission Meeting takes place on Monday (9th) evening at 7.30 pm in Kilfennan Presbyterian Church, Londonderry.  The speaker is Sue Culver from the Methodist Church in Britain.
